Job summary

Ferrovial Construction in Madrid is seeking a final-year student or recent graduate to join the Technology team as an IT processes intern, supporting coordination, documentation and monitoring of IT processes and initiatives.

You will gain exposure to process management, documentation, project coordination and AI initiatives in a dynamic corporate environment, with cross-functional collaboration and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in a technical or technology-related degree.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to structure and consolidate information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition, documentation and maintenance of IT processes, procedures, workflows and operational guidelines, helping identify opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Monitor ongoing IT projects and initiatives, maintaining action logs, tracking milestones, dependencies and pending activities, and supporting regular status reporting.
• Maintain and organize project and operational documentation, trackers and repositories, ensuring information is structured, updated and easily accessible.
• Support the administration, monitoring and regular updating of technology inventories, such as mobile lines, applications, IT assets, sites and services, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the organization, documentation and follow-up of Artificial Intelligence initiatives, including training sessions, internal AI challenges, adoption activities and coordination with different teams.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports, dashboards and tracking documents to provide visibility of IT activities, projects and operational topics.
