Verisure Alicante is seeking an IAM Technician to join our Technology Department on-site.

You will manage identity lifecycles across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and on-prem AD, implement RBAC, MFA, and security controls. Join a global team delivering secure IoT platforms and audits, with opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements.

Formación

• Experience: At least 1 year of IAM tools or services experience, including certificate management
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, PowerShell, and ticketing systems
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Manage identity lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and on prem AD; administer app access, roles, RBAC, MFA, and directory sync.
• Automate workflows and monitor identity health using PowerShell and Power Automate to reduce MTTR.
• Create audit-ready runbooks and Power BI dashboards for audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security KPIs and data-driven remediation plans.

About The Role

We now have the opportunity for a IAM TECHNICIAN to join our Technology Department.

Location: Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante.

The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms.

Your Future Team

You will join the Identity and Access Management team, one of the most critical functions in our organisation. They keep our technological ecosystem secure and running smoothly.

The IAM team ensures that the right people have the right access at the right time, safeguarding our systems, applications, and infrastructure.

The Opportunity

• Identity & Access Operations — Manage the full identity lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and on-prem AD; administer app access, roles, RBAC, MFA, directory sync, and resolve complex IAM incidents.
• Automation & Optimization — Streamline workflows and reduce MTTR through PowerShell, Power Automate, and proactive monitoring of identity health and access activities.
• Documentation & Reporting — Produce audit-ready runbooks, SOPs, and technical guides; build actionable Power BI dashboards to support audits and compliance.
• Collaboration & Governance — Partner with IT teams to accelerate issue resolution, uphold security KPIs, flag risks early, and propose data‑driven remediation plans.

This role requires on-site availability and rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience with IAM tools or products, and identity and access management services or projects, including certificate management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, PowerShell, and common enterprise software applications, including ticketing systems (such as Jira, Remedy).
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
