Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Writer to lead the creation and management of technical documentation for key products (RTU, T300/Janus, T500). The objective is to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and sustainable documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation (manuals, guides, FAQs, release notes).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA and technical support.
• Define and improve documentation standards and processes.
• Manage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, publishing, updates).
• Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to generate, structure, and optimize content.
• Improve documentation to reduce support incidents.
• Ensure consistency across products.
• Support functional testing activities to inform documentation creation and ensure alignment with real product behavior.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in tech environments.
• Experience documenting software, hardware, or industrial systems (RTU/SCADA is a plus).
• Strong technical writing skills in English.
• Experience in modern tools (OpenAPI, MkDocs/Docusaurus, AI‑assisted authoring) to streamline content creation, enforce quality standards, and maintain alignment between code and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for documentation tasks (content generation, structuring, review).
• Soft skills: autonomy, attention to detail, strong communication, and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RTU, SCADA, or industrial/telecontrol systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated technical documentation pipelines (Docs‑as‑Code, API generation, CI/CD integration) ensuring accurate, versioned, and continuously updated content.
• Experience bringing documentation in‑house from external vendors.
• Exposure to testing practices (QA collaboration, exploratory testing).
• English: C1 level.
