Pasiona Consulting busca un Technical Software Project Manager – DevOps para liderar la implantación de prácticas DevOps entre 70 equipos de software distribuidos en Europa y América, colaborando con un equipo central de expertos.

Debe planificar, coordinar pruebas automatizadas, pipelines CI/CD, seguridad y migraciones, con enfoque hands-on, reportando avances a dirección y asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos.

Formación

• Experiencia demostrable como Project Manager en entornos software o técnicos.
• Formación en informática o ingeniería de software.
• Sólido trasfondo técnico en desarrollo de software y entornos IT.
• Comprensión práctica de procesos DevOps y SDLC.
• Conocimiento de pipelines CI/CD y automatización.
• Capacidad para coordinar equipos técnicos distribuidos.
• Comunicación efectiva con profesionales técnicos y seguimiento de acciones.
• Organización y seguimiento de múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
• Proactividad y enfoque de entrega.
• Capacidad para trabajar desde Barcelona.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar 3 días a la semana en Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la implementación de DevOps en 70 equipos distribuidos.
• Planificar, coordinar y monitorizar herramientas, procesos y prácticas DevOps.
• Gestionar herramientas de seguridad y remediación de vulnerabilidades.
• Configurar e implementar aplicaciones conforme prácticas de desarrollo y DevOps.
• Implementar suites de pruebas automatizadas y pruebas relacionadas.
• Actuar como puente entre el equipo central y los equipos distribuidos.
• Organizar reuniones técnicas y seguimiento de acciones.
• Mantener planes de acción, plazos y dependencias.
• Identificar retrasos y riesgos y escalar a las partes interesadas.
• Preparar informes de estado para la alta dirección.
• Asegurar que los equipos sigan prácticas de desarrollo y DevOps.
• Trabajar con enfoque práctico y entrega orientada.

Descripción del puesto / Funciones

Lead and coordinate the implementation of DevOps practices across 70 distributed Software Teams located in Europe and America, working in close coordination with the central team of technical experts.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of DevOps tools, processes and procedures across distributed software teams.
• Coordinate activities related to security tools and vulnerability remediation, ensuring that identified actions are properly understood, assigned and followed through to completion.
• Coordinate the configuration and implementation of applications according to established software and DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate the implementation of automated test suites and related testing practices within the software teams.
• Act as a bridge between the central technical expert team and distributed Software Teams, ensuring that technical requirements, actions and expectations are clearly understood.
• Organize and facilitate meetings between technical teams whenever technical clarification or alignment is required.
• Establish regular follow‑up meetings and checkpoints to monitor progress, identify blockers and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time.
• Maintain and track action plans, deadlines, dependencies and implementation status across the different teams.
• Proactively identify delays, risks and issues and escape them to the appropriate stakeholders when corrective action is required.
• Prepare and deliver periodic status reports to senior management, providing clear visibility of implementation progress, outstanding actions, risks and potential delays.
• Ensure that software teams follow software development and DevOps best practices throughout the implementation process.
• Work with a hands‑on mindset, actively engaging with technical teams to understand issues, clarify requirements and drive actions through to completion.

Requisitos mínimos

• Proven professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development or technical environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical background in software development and IT environments.
• Practical understanding of Software Development and DevOps processes.
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and automation, including automated testing processes and scripts.
• Experience working with or coordinating technical/software teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals and drive commitment towards agreed action plans.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities simultaneously.
• Autonomous, proactive and persistent approach to project execution and issue resolution.
• Hands‑on and delivery‑oriented mindset, with a strong "get‑it‑done" attitude.
• Ability to work from Barcelona.
• Availability to work 3 days per week in Barcelona.

• Previous experience coordinating large‑scale software teams across different countries or geographical locations.
• Experience working with distributed or international Software Teams.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
