KWS Vegetables is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Murcia to strengthen our commercial growth across Murcia, La Mancha and northern Almería. The role is permanent and field-based, with frequent visits to growers and distributors.

Ideal candidates have agronomic expertise, a network in the region and experience in open-field crops like melon and watermelon. A proactive, autonomous profile will thrive in this position.

Formación

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or comparable field.
• Commercial experience and strong knowledge of the vegetable seed market.
• Good knowledge of the agricultural market in Murcia, especially melon and watermelon.
• Established regional network and ability to build new commercial relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation, customer management and business development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales, margins and market share for our varieties by identifying opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with growers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice on varieties and crop management with agronomic and commercial insight.
• Identify market trends and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Local Crop Teams to shape local crop strategy.
• Work with Marketing on Field Days and commercial initiatives.
