Grupo CRIT is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Lead in Jaén area to drive technical projects across international teams. You will lead product development activities, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering groups, manage milestones, budgets, and customer interfaces.

We expect a degree in engineering, proven experience in technical project management or engineering leadership, and strong English.

Formación

• Degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in technical project management or engineering leadership.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with international customers/stakeholders.
• Professional level English.
• Background in electronics, industrial engineering, or mechatronics valued.

Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Lead for a leading global company in the automotive technology sector, with a major presence in Jaén.

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead and coordinate technical projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

What you will do:

• Act as a key interface between internal teams and customers.
