Grupo CRIT is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Lead in Jaén area to drive technical projects across international teams. You will lead product development activities, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering groups, manage milestones, budgets, and customer interfaces.

We expect a degree in engineering, proven experience in technical project management or engineering leadership, and strong English.

Formación

• Degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in technical project management or engineering leadership.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with international customers/stakeholders.
• Professional level English.
• Background in electronics, industrial engineering, or mechatronics valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate technical and product development activities.
• Manage project planning, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Act as interface between internal teams and customers.
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, delivery, and technical objectives.
• Support product development from concept through delivery.
