FERO is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Owner to translate business and merchant needs into clear, deliverable product work. You will work closely with engineering, QA, support and commercial teams to manage the backlog and drive improvements across our checkout, merchant tools and API integrations.

This role suits someone who understands APIs, is familiar with eCommerce, and is comfortable working closely with engineers.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a technical product team (Product Owner/Manager/BA).
• Experience on eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces or API-based products.
• Practical understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks and data exchange.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the backlog for a technical engineering team.
• Turn business requirements and merchant feedback into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise work based on merchant impact, value, technical effort and urgency.
• Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to resolve questions and blockers.
• Coordinate releases across checkout, merchant tools and API-driven integrations.
