Airbus Defence And Space en Madrid busca un Technical Product Manager para dirigir las actividades de rendimiento y de pruebas de las plataformas 3DX Space. Liderarás el monitoreo de rendimiento, garantizarás la entrega de servicios end-to-end en España y colaborarás con un equipo internacional dentro de Digital para soportar Space Systems.

La posición requiere experiencia en despliegues PLM/CAD (3DExperience, CATIA V5), conocimiento de DevOps (Ansible) y metodologías SAFe/ITIL.

Formación

• Fluidez en español y alto nivel de inglés.
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y metodologías SAFe/ITIL.
• Capacidad analítica para abstracción de problemas.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar desempeño y pruebas del entorno 3DX Space en España.
• Conducir campañas de pruebas y monitorización de rendimiento.
• Coordinación con equipos y proveedores en Toulouse y España.
• Elaborar informes de rendimiento y KPIs mensuales.
• Apoyo técnico a usuarios en España (diseñadores mecánicos y manufacturing).
• Mantener herramientas de pruebas y escenarios de no regresión.

Experteer Overview In this Technical Product Manager role, you will steer the performance and test activities for 3DX Space platforms and ensure end-to-end service delivery in Spain. You’ll work within the Digital organization to support Space Systems while collaborating with an international team. You will lead performance monitoring, testing, and reliability initiatives, and manage local business relationships and deployments in Spain. This is an opportunity to shape 3DExperience deployments in a high-impact aerospace context and drive cross-functional delivery and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

• Maintain and develop test and monitoring toolset (Eggplant, Loadrunner, Grafana)
• Deliver regular performance and stability KPIs
• Lead reporting on performance and test (monthly Performance Board)
• Drive performance troubleshooting and improvement initiatives

• Maintain up-to-date Non Regression Test and Performance Test scenarios
