BIORCE is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own platform capabilities and interoperability across modules in its AI-driven clinical trials platform.

You will work with engineers and data scientists to define roadmaps, translate complex constraints into clear requirements, and keep modules technically aligned as the product evolves. This role rewards ownership and adaptability to ambitious goals.

Formación

• 3–6 years in Product Management, engineering, data science, or a similar technical function.
• Engineering background or equivalent technical fluency.
• Product mindset focused on user problems, outcomes and business value.
• Ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on understanding of modern AI systems: LLM-based products, RAG pipelines, embeddings, or model evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Project Ownership for platform and interoperability across modules.
• Define and execute the roadmap for shared platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Data Scientists to scope solutions and break down epics.
• Map dependencies, ensure data contracts and interfaces remain interoperable.
• Stay in sync with other product managers across squads and translate needs.
• Turn technical constraints into stakeholders' language and precise requirements.
• Navigate ambiguity and proactively clear roadblocks.
