Atrio Search is partnering with a fast-growing fragrance house headquartered in Spain to recruit a Technical Perfumer for a full-time, on-site position in Spain. Relocation and visa support are provided to assist the move.

The role involves analyzing fragrance compositions with GC-MS, adapting formulas to regulatory and pricing requirements, and collaborating with a team of 9 perfumers under the Creative Director. A premium health package and generous holidays accompany the offer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry or perfumery.
• 6 years of experience as a fragrance analyst or 4+ years as a perfumer/technical perfumer.
• Experience in GC-MS analysis within the fragrance industry.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse fragrance compositions using GC-MS with a focus on Europe, Middle East and LATAM markets.
• Adapt and re-work fragrances to meet price, regulatory requirements and regional preferences.
• Support duplication, reformulation and twists for cross-category fragrances (fine, personal care, home care).
• Work as part of a team of 9 perfumers, reporting to the Creative Director.
