  • Manage technical and project documentation by controlling drawings, RFIs, submittals, change inputs, technical queries, reports, meeting actions, quality records, handover information, and document traceability across the construction project lifecycle.

  • Support cost control and commercial visibility by coordinating cost forecasts, budget tracking inputs, progress measurements, change and variation information, contractor payment support, risk registers, and cost-impact analysis with the relevant project stakeholders.

  • Ensure quality coordination and technical compliance by supporting inspection readiness, NCR follow-up, punch list management, as-built documentation, handover packages, lessons learned, and alignment with project specifications, codes, standards, and IREN requirements.

  • Provide structured reporting and decision support to the Head of Design & Construction by consolidating technical office outputs, identifying risks and deviations, escalating critical issues, proposing corrective actions, and enabling informed decisions across field execution, project controls, and delivery governance.

Requirements

  • At least 10–12 years of experience in technical office management, project controls, construction management, planning, cost control, quality coordination, or field engineering, preferably within data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial buildings, energy infrastructure, logistics facilities, or large-scale construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction project controls, including scheduling, progress measurement, cost tracking, forecasting, change management, risk monitoring, reporting, contractor coordination, quality documentation, logistics planning, and handover preparation.

  • Ability to interpret and manage technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, inspection and test plans, quality records, contracts, BOQs, schedules, cost reports, progress reports, as-built information, and handover documentation.
