Formación

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed Building Engineering, Technical Architecture or Industrial Engineering related degree.
• Strong MS Office usage, especially Excel with pivot tables and formulas; basic automation appreciated.
• Experience with other IT programs/tools is a plus.
• Native or professional Spanish required; Portuguese a plus.
• Customer support and satisfaction skills for clear, courteous help.
• Analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
• Basic IT systems knowledge and familiarity with networks and tickets.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Hybrid work capability in Valladolid; time management and cross-team collaboration.

• Own vehicle to access facilities.

Role Description This full-time internship opportunity within our Technical Office is aimed at recent graduates in Architecture, Building Engineering or a related technical field. This is a hybrid role based in Portillo- Valladolid, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will provide technical support related to our construction solutions, assisting with technical documentation, specifications, calculations, tests and trials. The role involves collaborating with the Technical Office and other departments, learning about our products, systems and procedures, and contributing to the continuos improvemente of our technical solutions and services. The intern will be expected to maintain a professional, customer-focused approach and provide high-quality technical support related to Etex's construction solutions.

Main Responsabilities:

• Support the management and coordination of internal and external tests and trials
• Develop internal tools for sales, specification, and budgeting, including calculators, spreadsheets, and estimators. You'll use Microsoft Office and leverage AI-driven solutions where possible
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation
• Provide technical support to our Commercial, Quality, or Product teams, handling user inquiries and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with senior support staff to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to ongoing process improvement
• Maintain a clear, timely, and professional communication style to ensure high user satisfaction

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of aBuilding Engineering, Technical Architecture or Industrial Engineering related degree or vocational program is preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic automation) are especially valued
• Experience with other IT programs and tools is a plus
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish is required
• Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide responsive, clear, and courteous assistance.
• Analytical Skills to identify root causes, interpret technical information, and propose practical solutions.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and networks; familiarity with ticketing tools is an asset.
• Strong communication skills in english and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Valladolid, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Interest in learning, openness to feedback, and commitment to safe and ethical work practices.
• Own vehicle required to access the facilities.
