Decskill está buscando un Technical Lead Master | SAP para unirse a un equipo internacional. Se requiere amplia experiencia en SAP PM/PPM y capacidad para diseñar soluciones técnicas complejas, gestionando deuda técnica y coordinando equipos globales a lo largo del ciclo de vida de los proyectos.

Se exigen español e inglés, hasta 15 años de experiencia y título en Ingeniería de Software o similar. Se valora experiencia en proyectos estratégicos y conocimiento de GDPR, así como Jira y Confluence

Formación

• Hasta 15 años de experiencia en la plataforma/tecnología definida.
• Titulación en Ingeniería de Software, Ciencia de la Computación o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia práctica con las tecnologías requeridas.
• Experiencia diseñando soluciones técnicas complejas.
• Experiencia en proyectos estratégicos.
• Antecedentes como Consultor o Desarrollador SAP, especialmente PM/PPM.
• Conocimiento de las tecnologías que soportan el landscape de aplicaciones.
• Dominio de español e inglés; portugués deseable.
• Familiaridad con metodologías Agile y herramientas como Jira y Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y mantener el backlog de deuda técnica.
• Producir y mantener documentación técnica de las aplicaciones.
• Coordinar y apoyar cambios de infraestructura.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones técnicas complejas.
• Contribuir a proyectos estratégicos, asegurando entregables de alta calidad.
• Colaborar con equipos globales y multifuncionales a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
• Aplicar experiencia práctica en las tecnologías definidas para el servicio.
• Soportar la implementación de soluciones e iniciativas de mejora continua.

We would like to meet a Technical Lead Master | SAP!

Responsabilities:

• Manage and maintain the technical debt backlog.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure change requests.
• Design and implement complex technical solutions.
• Contribute to strategic projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply hands‑on expertise in the technologies defined for the service.
• Support solution implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Up to 15 years of experience with the platform, programming language, technology, or framework defined in the service scope.
• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with the required technologies.
• Experience designing complex technical solutions.
• Experience participating in strategic projects.
• Technical background as an SAP Consultant or SAP Developer, particularly in the PM and PPM modules.
• Knowledge of the technologies supporting the application landscape.
• Understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry and GDPR requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence is considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and global team environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Spanish: Mandatory.
• English: Mandatory.
• Portuguese: Preferred.
