Neotalent Conclusion busca un/una Senior SAP EWM Consultant para liderar proyectos internacionales de implementación SAP EWM dentro de entornos S/4HANA y logística global. El candidato ideal tiene 5+ años de experiencia y capacidad de liderar talleres con stakeholders, diseñar soluciones y asegurar la integración entre módulos SAP.

La posición ofrece modelo híbrido/remoto basado en Portugal, con oportunidades de certificación y crecimiento profesional en un equipo altamente especializado.

Formación

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o Gestión Empresarial.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia trabajando con SAP EWM.
• Participación en al menos 2 implementaciones completas de SAP EWM.
• Fuerte conocimiento de procesos de gestión de almacenes y logística de entrada/salida.

Responsabilidades

• Recopilar y analizar requisitos de negocio relacionados con almacenes y logística.
• Diseñar y configurar soluciones SAP EWM.
• Participar en implementaciones end-to-end de SAP S/4HANA.
• Dirigir talleres funcionales con stakeholders.
• Configurar y optimizar logística de entrada, salida y gestión de inventario.
• Integrar EWM con SAP MM, SD, PP y TM.
• Coordinar pruebas funcionales (SIT, UAT, Go-Live).
• Proporcionar soporte post-Go-Live y resolver incidencias.
• Mentorizar y apoyar a consultores junior.

We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join our teams and work with a multinational client leading international digital transformation and SAP projects across logistics, distribution, retail, and industrial sectors.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse and logistics processes.
• Design and configure SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize:
• Inbound Logistics
• Outbound Logistics
• Internal Warehouse Processes
• Inventory Management
• Physical Inventory
• Slotting & Rearrangement
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
• Coordinate functional testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
• Provide post-go-live support and incident resolution.
• Mentor and support junior consultants.

What profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP EWM;
• Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation projects;
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, inbound and outbound logistics, and stock management;
• Experience with RF Framework and Master Data Management;
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM and SAP SD;
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Leadership skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.

Valued Skills

• Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management);
• Knowledge of SAP MFS (Material Flow System);
• Experience in SAP WM to SAP EWM migration projects;
• ABAP debugging knowledge;Experience with integrations through IDoc, RFC, and APIs;
• SAP EWM certification;
• Experience with Labor Management and Yard Management functionalities;
• Portuguese language skills.
