Job summary

Pentasia is seeking a strongly technical Integration Manager to lead and coordinate integrations with external partners. This role goes beyond project coordination; you will work hands-on with software, APIs, integrations, and development teams, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must have a strong technical background in software development or systems integration.
Experience in Integration Management or Technical Project Management and client-facing technical roles.
Ability to read API docs, specs, payloads, and integration flows.
Comfortable discussing implementation details with engineers and external stakeholders.
Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile environments.
Able to translate technical and business requirements into clear specs.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end technical integration lifecycle from discovery to post-launch support.
Act as primary technical contact between external partners and internal teams.
Coordinate multiple integration projects with defined timelines and dependencies.
Lead discussions on APIs, REST, web services, authentication, and data formats.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions with developers.
Translate business requirements into technical specs for development teams.
Review API specs, integration flows, and partner docs to identify gaps and risks.
Monitor progress and mitigate technical risks and blockers.
Ensure documentation and onboarding materials are up to date.
Support integration testing and troubleshooting as a technical escalation point.
Build relationships with partners and challenge requirements when needed.
Drive continuous improvements to integration processes and workflows.
