Amaris Consulting Córdoba is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Vulnerability Management and Offensive Cybersecurity. You will steer end-to-end delivery, coordinating pentest activities, remediation tracking, and vendor management in a global, Agile environment.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in cybersecurity project leadership, strong English communication, and hands-on Azure DevOps experience, delivering value to diverse stakeholders across projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of PM experience in vulnerability management, pentesting, remediation, and offensive security.
• Strong understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle: identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and retesting.
• Hands-on knowledge of offensive security and pentest delivery: scoping, execution, reporting, and follow‑up.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, roadmap, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret security findings, remediation status, retesting needs, and vendor reports.
• Proven cybersecurity delivery experience with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination.
• Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve ways of working.
• Product‑focused and value‑driven, deliverable‑oriented and proactive.
• Collaborative and autonomous, comfortable working closely with technical teams.
• Servant‑leadership mindset: facilitate, remove blockers, help teams deliver.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security initiatives end‑to‑end, from planning to closure.
• Manage pentest delivery: planning, scope definition, timelines, vendor coordination, report review, and retesting follow‑up.
• Track vulnerabilities, remediation actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers with clear prioritization.
• Maintain Azure DevOps backlog quality: create and refine PBIs, ensure clear descriptions, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide delivery reporting and visibility to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of Breach Attack Simulation tools, Bug Bounty programs, attack simulations, and AI Red Team activities at delivery level.
• Improve documentation, templates, and ways of working for Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment and timely execution.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 10+ years of experience as a PM in Vulnerability Management, pentesting, remediation, and Offensive Security.
