Amaris Consulting busca un Senior Project Manager – Vulnerability Management & Offensive Cybersecurity para coordinar iniciativas de seguridad a lo largo del ciclo de vida, en un entorno internacional.

El/la candidato/a ideal tiene más de 10 años de experiencia en PM, gestión de vulnerabilidades y pruebas de penetración, con capacidad para trabajar con equipos técnicos y stakeholders, y dominio del inglés.

Formación

• 10+ años de experiencia como PM en Vulnerability Management, pentesting, remediation y Offensive Security.
• Conocimiento sólido del ciclo de vida de Vulnerability Management (identificación, evaluación, priorización, remediación y retesting).
• Conocimiento de Offensive Security y entrega de pruebas de penetración (alcance, ejecución, informe y seguimiento).
• Experiencia práctica con Azure DevOps (gestión del backlog, roadmap, seguimiento e informes).
• Capacidad para interpretar hallazgos de seguridad, estado de remediación y informes de proveedores.
• Experiencia demostrada en entrega de ciberseguridad con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
• Fuertes habilidades de coordinación con stakeholders y proveedores.
• Curiosidad, ganas de aprender y mejorar procesos.
• Enfoque en producto y valor, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
• Colaborativo y autónomo, cómodo trabajando con equipos técnicos.
• Mentalidad de liderazgo servicial: facilitar, eliminar bloqueos y ayudar al equipo a entregar.
• Fluido en inglés (hablado y escrito).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar iniciativas de Vulnerability Management y Offensive Security de principio a fin, desde la planificación hasta el cierre.
• Gestión de entrega de pentest: planificación, definición de alcance, plazos, coordinación con proveedores, revisión de informes y retesting.
• Rastrear vulnerabilidades, acciones de remediación, riesgos, dependencias y bloqueos, con priorización clara.
• Mantener la calidad del backlog en Azure DevOps: PBIs, descripciones, prioridades y criterios de aceptación.
• Proporcionar reporting de entrega y visibilidad a la dirección y a los interesados clave.
• Apoyar la coordinación de herramientas de Breach Attack Simulation, programas Bug Bounty, simulaciones de ataque y AI Red Team.
• Mejorar documentación, plantillas y formas de trabajo para la entrega de Vulnerability Management y Offensive Security.
• Facilitar la colaboración entre equipos técnicos y proveedores externos, asegurando alineación y ejecución oportuna.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 10+ years of experience as a PM in Vulnerability Management, pentesting, remediation, and Offensive Security.
• Solid understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle (identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and retesting).
• High-level knowledge of Offensive Security and penetration testing delivery (scoping, execution, reporting, and follow-up).
• Hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps (backlog management, roadmap, tracking, and reporting).
• Ability to understand and interpret security findings, remediation status, retesting needs, and vendor reports.
• Proven cybersecurity delivery experience working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
• Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve ways of working.
• Product-focused and value-driven, with a deliverable‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• Collaborative and autonomous, comfortable working closely with technical teams.
• Servant‑leadership mindset: able to facilitate, remove blockers, and help teams deliver efficiently.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Coordinate Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security initiatives end-to-end, from planning to closure.
• Manage pentest delivery: planning, scope definition, timelines, vendor coordination, report review, and retesting follow‑up.
• Track vulnerabilities, remediation actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility.
• Maintain Azure DevOps backlog quality: create and refine PBIs, ensure clear descriptions, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide delivery reporting and visibility to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of Breach Attack Simulation tools, Bug Bounty programs, attack simulations, and AI Red Team activities at delivery level.
• Improve documentation, templates and ways of working for Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
