ISOLUTIONS está buscando un/a Consultor/a Técnico/a de Dynamics 365 para asesorar a clientes en temas técnicos y gestionar implementaciones dentro de proyectos de diferentes industrias.

Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Team Lead para realizar cambios necesarios y comunicarte con los clientes. Se valorará orientación a la resolución práctica de problemas y explicaciones claras de conceptos técnicos.

Formación

• 2+ años de experiencia como consultor técnico en proyectos IT.
• Experiencia como consultor CRM técnico o low-code con Microsoft Dynamics 365 y Power Platform.
• Apasionado/a por la tecnología y a la vanguardia de los productos de Microsoft.

Responsabilidades

• Asesorar a clientes sobre temas técnicos relacionados con Dynamics 365 y Power Platform.
• Colaborar con el Team Lead para realizar cambios necesarios.
• Ser responsable de las implementaciones y de la comunicación con clientes respecto a dichos cambios.

We would like you to bring:2+ years of experience as technical consultant in IT projects Experience as CRM technical consultant or low-code developer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform You are passionate about technology and enjoy being “on the cutting edge” when it comes to Microsoft’s range of products You are well known for quickly identifying customer needs, finding pragmatic solutions, and implementing them technically. Excellent organization and communicative skills stand out for you You have a growth mindset: keen to learn new things and grow personally A university degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar Fluent level of English EU Citizenship or Spanish work Visa
