You will work in-house with Unity/Unreal pipelines, develop tools for animators and artists, and collaborate across disciplines to push the visual quality of high-profile titles. Flexible hours and a 7-hour day contribute to a balanced workweek.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Unity or Unreal Engine; asset creation and optimization.
• Strong 3D modeling, texturing and rigging pipelines.
• Shader creation and real-time material optimization.
• Scripting for automation (Python, MEL, or C#).
• Performance profiling and asset optimization across PC/console/mobile.
• Fluent in Spanish and English communication.
