You’ll design, document, and prototype features, collaborating with developers and artists while iterating based on feedback from playtests. The position offers flexible hours, a 35-hour work week, and opportunities to work remotely one day per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry.
• Proven ability to design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Strong understanding of pacing, progression and balance.
• Experience creating detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engine and collaboration with developers and artists.
• Ability to iterate on designs based on player feedback and playtesting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
