A leading technology company in Spain is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive modernization efforts and lead the engineering team. The role requires proven experience in modernizing legacy systems, as well as solid backend architecture skills in stacks like .NET or Python. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with hands-on experience in DevOps and AI applications. This is a remote position but requires availability during Spanish business hours.

Formación

• Must have solid understanding of migration patterns and apply them in production environments.
• Experience with modern stacks such as .NET/C#, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the current architecture and build a modernization roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team.
• Design systems that support multi-tenant SaaS delivery.

Conocimientos

Proven experience as a tech lead or senior engineering leader

Strong backend architecture skills

Fluent in English and Spanish

Experience with SQL Server

Experience introducing DevOps and CI/CD

Practical AI experience
