Accenture is seeking experienced Software professionals at Team Lead to Manager level to join a cutting-edge AI project. The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid model, with residence in Spain required.

You will design and develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI, lead cloud-native implementations in AWS, and mentor teams to deliver AI-enabled backend services. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software development, strong microservices experience, and fluency

Formación

6+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience with Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI.
Experience with microservices-based architectures.
Experience in technical leadership roles (team lead or manager).
English level B2 or higher.
Native Spanish level.
Nice to have AWS experience (certification or project).
Nice to have participation in AI implementation projects.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop microservices-based architectures using Java with Spring Boot or Python with FastAPI.
Lead technical implementation of cloud-native applications deployed in AWS environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into backend services and data workflows.
Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
