Growth Capital in Madrid is seeking a bright Tech Investment Banking Junior Analyst for our Madrid office. Ideal candidates are graduates in Economics, Business, Finance or Management Engineering with internships in VC, M&A or IB, and fluent in Spanish.

The candidate will work alongside a mentor on fundraising and M&A for leading European startups, with a start date in January 2027. This six-month paid internship offers meal vouchers, flexible working, and potential full-time opportunities.

Formación

• From 6 to 18 months of previous relevant experiences in VC, M&A or IB.
• Excellent familiarity with the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Significant study or work experience abroad.
• Outstanding educational track record.
• Spanish: fluent.
• Italian or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support fundraising and M&A transactions for European startups and scaleups.
• Draft teasers, pitch decks, info memorandums for domestic and international investors.
• Assist senior team in relationship management with current and prospective clients and international investors.
• Participate in multiple teams across fundraising and M&A workflows.
