Nordex Group in Spain is seeking a Team Lead IT Software Development to guide a team of software engineers and ensure delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable applications. You will bridge business stakeholders and development, translating requirements into sustainable solutions.

The role combines technical guidance with people leadership and process improvement, including defining strategy, driving end-to-end delivery, architecture direction, coding standards, and incident management.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development within a structured IT environment.
• Strong expertise in software development technologies such as C#, .NET, and system design principles.
• Experience with Azure environments, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop diverse engineering teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages such as German or Spanish are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the software development strategy as Team Lead IT Software Development aligned with digital transformation objectives
• Own end-to-end delivery of solutions from requirement clarification through design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical direction on architecture, system design, and implementation using technologies such as C# and .NET
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and quality practices
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers, supporting performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee incident management processes and drive root cause analysis and sustainable resolution strategies
