Infront Madrid is seeking a Team Lead IT Operations to lead a small, hands-on infrastructure and operations team supporting our IT platforms and services. You’ll inherit a running team, keep operations running at a high standard, and help the team develop.

You’ll work across Linux and Windows environments, with AWS/OCI cloud, and collaborate with our Germany-based Operations team on shared technology. This role requires ownership, strong automation, and a focus on security and compliance.

Formación

• Hands-on Linux administration required.
• Experience leading or coordinating an IT operations/infrastructure team.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and OCI cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 operations engineers, while remaining actively involved in the technical work.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and 24/7 coverage with the German Operations team.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and incidents.
• Drive automation and IaC to reduce manual work.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting across services.
• Own cloud infrastructure operations with AWS and OCI.
• Ensure service delivery against SLAs/KPIs and document procedures.
