Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 3-10 in a school or educational setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• University degree in Education, Child Development, or related field (desirable).
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Confidence using ICT and educational technology.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils individually and in small groups as directed by the class teacher.
• Help pupils engage in learning activities and remain focused.
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Promote positive behaviour and assist teachers in managing classroom routines.
• Listen to pupils read and support literacy and phonics development.

• Prepare and organise classroom and outdoor learning resources.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience working with children aged 3-10 years in a school or educational setting.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A university degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (desirable).
• The legal right to work in Spain.Confidence using ICT and educational technology.
