Marosa by Wolters Kluwer is hiring graduates and early career professionals to build a career in indirect tax. This permanent, full-time role offers structured training and real client work from day one, helping multinational companies navigate VAT across borders.

You will start on VAT compliance tasks, receive mentorship, and advance toward managing client relationships as your knowledge grows, with feedback built into an onboarding track.

Descripción del empleo

At Marosa, part of Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Tax portfolio, we are looking for graduates and early career professionals ready to build a career in indirect tax. This is a permanent, full-time position with structured training and real client work from day one, helping some of the world's largest multinational companies navigate VAT across borders.

Prior tax experience is not required. You will follow a structured onboarding track, working on live client cases from your first weeks. As your knowledge grows, so will your responsibility, moving from supporting VAT compliance work to managing client relationships with increasing independence, backed by regular feedback and mentorship from experienced consultants.

Who You Are

• Analytical, highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Driven to build a long-term career in tax consulting.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in an international setting. A second European language is a plus.
• Recently graduated in Law, Business Administration (ADE), Commerce, or a related field. A double degree in Law and Business is an advantage.
