Mondelēz International in Madrid, Spain is offering an HR People Lead Support Intern position. This fixed-term internship provides hands-on experience in HR strategy, employee communications, and policy development within a multinational company.

Beginning August 2026 for six months, with compensation of 1000 euro per month. The role requires English and Spanish fluency and a proactive, learning mindset; prior HR internship and MS Office skills are valued.

Formación

• You are a student or recent graduate of Human Resources or equivalent.
• You have completed an internship in an HR department in a multinational company.
• You are willing to learn and grow.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint are valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Experience with Project Management tools is a plus.
