Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region, from sourcing to onboarding, working closely with HR and line managers to understand profiles and scope.

Responsibilities include building talent pools, guiding managers through the recruitment lifecycle, and driving high-quality candidate experience while collaborating across a matrix organization and remote environments.

• Bachelor Degree in Labor Psychology, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Expert in social media, resume databases, professional networks, ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Plan & implement talent acquisition strategy for each role and use sourcing, reporting and analysis tools to enhance talent acquisition.
• Proactively develop and build talent pools by sourcing candidates through networks, job boards, social media and by fostering relationships with past applicants.
• Partner with line managers in the EMEA region to drive recruitment processes.
• Provide guidance on full lifecycle recruitment and interview methodologies (competency-based interviewing).
• Ensure recruitment processes are followed through ATS and company processes (references, verification of employment).
• Ensure onboarding for all new hires across the region.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyze trends and suggest process improvements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and educate stakeholders on company culture and expectations.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and recruitment services.

Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring and acts as an experienced subject matter, working closely with HR team and line managers on understanding profile and scope, identifying internal and external talent, managing candidates, providing feedback to all stakeholders, hiring talents and ensuring the successful onboarding of candidates while contributing to the effectiveness of HR processes and activities throughout the region.

• Plan & implement talent acquisition strategy for each role and effectively use existing sourcing, reporting and analysis tools to enhance talent acquisition
• Proactively develop and build talent pools responding to the upcoming business needs by sourcing potential candidates through networks, associations, job boards, online channels, social media and by fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Partner with and guide line managers in the EMEA region to drive recruitment process effectively
• Provide line managers with expert guidance, coaching and counsel on full talent acquisition life cycle and interview methodologies (competency based interviewing techniques)
• Ensure recruitment processes are followed through the applicant tracking system and company processes (non-compete check, references, verification of employment)
• Ensure appropriate follow up of hiring until onboarding for all new hires across the region
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyze trends and proactively think of ways to improve processes based on data and analysis
• Lead employer branding initiatives and educate internal and external stakeholder on company culture & expectations
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and recruitment services

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Labor Psychology, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in a competitive and fast-moving environment
• Expert in social media, resume databases, professional networks, applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms, expertise of sourcing tools and methodologies
• Solid analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of activity and requests from multiple sources in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to independently plan and organize the most complex business recruitment needs working remotely
• Ability to operate successfully in a matrix structure
• Strong communications skills and a strong work ethic and attitude
• Fluent in English and local language, another EU language an asset
