Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Global Talent Acquisition team at our El Masnou (Barcelona) site. The one-year internship offers hands-on experience in international recruitment, supporting attraction and selection of talent across countries and functions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a master's degree in HR-related fields. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, reporting, and maintaining ATS data, while supporting employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Currently enrolled in a master's degree in human resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent acquisition and/or recruitment would be a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Publish and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
• Support hiring managers and recruiters throughout the process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, pipelines and hiring metrics.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team at our El Masnou (Barcelona) site.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international recruitment while supporting the attraction and selection of talent across different countries and functions within Siegfried.
We are ideally seeking a candidate who can commit to a one-year internship agreement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead End to End recruitment processes
• Publish and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct CV screening and candidate shortlisting based on role requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Support hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Your Profile:

Ideal Background

Education

• Bachelor's degree
• Currently enrolled in a master's degree in human resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent acquisition and/or recruitment would be a plus

Languages

• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). German is considered a strong plus.
