• Master's degree in Industrial plant, Mechatronics, or Mathematics.
• At least 4 years in development or technical management, preferably in automated logistics.

• Willingness to travel 50–60% with valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Solutions Development on engineering input and acceptance testing language to optimize pre-sale solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to the Simulation team and approve simulation outputs.
• Generate System Specifications for customer approval and understanding of the system.
• Define and lead the integration strategy across all project phases (Solutions to Execution).
• Ensure alignment of System Specification, Software Functional Specification, acceptance test plan, and deliverables with contractual requirements.
• Lead site-wide system testing with Test Manager, including test strategy, plans, simulations, and testing results.

In this role you will act as the Voice of Engineering to secure design integrity and proactive risk management for integrated automation solutions. You will drive acceptance testing and align deliverables with contractual requirements, spanning pre-sale to hand-over. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategy and ensure throughput targets are met at customer sites. This position emphasizes hands‑on testing, technical documentation, and close customer‑facing execution to enable right‑first‑time delivery.

• Advise Solutions Development on engineering input and acceptance testing language to optimize pre‑sale solutions
• Provide technical guidance to the Simulation team, approve simulation outputs, and flag deviations early to customers
• Generate System Specifications for customer approval and understanding of the system
• Define and lead the integration strategy across all project phases (Solutions to Execution)
• Ensure alignment of System Specification, Software Functional Specification, acceptance test plan, and deliverables with contractual requirements
• Lead site‑wide system testing with Test Manager, including test strategy, test plans, simulations, and testing results
• Produce system availability weightings and oversee FEM availability method calculations
• Master’s degree in Industrial plant, Mechatronics, or Mathematics
• At least 4 years in development or technical management, preferably in automated logistics
• 4+ years in engineering with experience in material handling preferred
