AVL is seeking a Development Engineer Functions & Systems in Donostia/San Sebastián to advance mobility and energy solutions. You will engage in the full systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements to integration, verification and validation, collaborating with international teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include defining architectures, leading system integration, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles.
• Experience with requirements engineering tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage system requirements aligned with customer objectives.
• Define technical solutions and system architectures for complex products.
• Coordinate system integration, calibration, verification and validation activities.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Act as technical lead within a development domain or project.
• Support test plans, test cases and validation strategies.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot deviations.
• Ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and release notes.
• Contribute to project planning and milestone reviews.
• Perform performance analysis and optimization of functions.
