ANZEN Engineering, a leading aerospace and defense engineering company, is seeking experienced System Safety Engineers to join our international team at the Getafe headquarters near Madrid. You will perform safety analyses and support certification activities across ARP4761, ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254 and MIL-STD-882E, contributing to safety in complex aerospace systems.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in System Safety Engineering or a similar engineering role.
• Experience performing safety analyses for complex aerospace systems.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical system operations and safety considerations.
• Professional proficiency in English (Spanish and/or German are a plus depending on location).

• Perform and update system safety analyses for aircraft, systems, subsystems, and ground segments
• Conduct safety assessments such as FHA, PSSA, SSA, FTA, FMEA, and PRA following ARP4761
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and support definition of risk mitigation measures
• Collaborate with design teams and system suppliers to ensure safety is integrated into system architectures
• Contribute to safety documentation, reports, and certification activities in compliance with ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, and MIL-STD-882E
• Experience with autonomous systems or systems of systems will be considered a strong advantage.

Educación

Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Systems Engineering/Physics
