Job summary

Cundall’s Madrid office is seeking a talented Building Services BIM Technician to join our team to produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for a wide range of exciting buildings.

You will develop 3D models in Revit, collaborate with engineers and BIM specialists, and have the opportunity to use additional digital tools such as Navisworks and Autodesk Forma. A relevant HNC/HND and ISO 19650 experience are preferred.

• Good communication with engineers and BIM specialists

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit for all design stages
• Create drawings and models for coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilise Navisworks and Autodesk Forma where advantageous
• Deliver work to tight deadlines
