Job summary

Cap Ingelec in Madrid is seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to the delivery of industrial building projects. We value accuracy and collaborative, international teamwork.

You will produce high-quality BIM models using Revit, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model consistency and clash-free design, and create and manage Revit families and BIM data across design through construction.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical degree and at least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Strong command of Revit and solid understanding of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model consistency, identify interface issues and resolve clashes.
• Produce and update technical drawings, 3D models, schedules, quantity take-offs and other BIM deliverables.
• Create and manage Revit families and contribute to BIM data management.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of digital project information, including data exchanges between stakeholders.
• Contribute to design reviews and construction coordination, identifying opportunities to optimise technical solutions and meet project deadlines.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team in Madrid and contribute to the delivery of industrial building projects.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models, while supporting design coordination from design through construction.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model consistency, identify interface issues and resolve clashes.
