Antolin is seeking an Environmental Manager to lead the Group’s environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives. You will coordinate certifications, audits and ESG reporting while supporting the decarbonization strategy across global operations.

The role requires collaboration with multiple functions, strong data governance, and a proactive approach to improve environmental performance and compliance.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in environmental management in industry.

• Professional English level (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and continuously improve ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 EMS across all Antolin Group companies.
• Manage EMS at Headquarters including waste, water, noise, and compliance.
• Coordinate certifications and external audits with certification bodies.
• Conduct internal environmental and energy audits and follow up on actions.
• Ensure quality of environmental reporting, KPI data governance and tools.
• Support carbon footprint calculation and GHG inventories.
• Prepare ESG reporting for management, Board and external stakeholders.
• Support execution of Sustainable Business Strategy and roadmap.
• Provide guidance to corporate departments on sustainability topics.
• Identify sustainability risks, opportunities and controls.
• Monitor ESG regulations to ensure compliance and performance.
• Support sustainability training and organizational awareness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Sustainability Department.
• Represent the company in sustainability forums and external events.
• Participate in additional sustainability projects.

Mission

Ensure effective environmental management across the organization by maintaining and strengthening the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Collaborate with key business functions to implement sustainability procedures and standards. Support continuous improvement, high‑quality environmental data governance, and accurate sustainability reporting, contributing to the company’s decarbonization strategy and overall sustainability objectives under the guidance of the Climate Change & Circular Economy Manager. Assist the Innovation& Sustainability Director in his mission and functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Environmental & Energy Management Systems across all Antolin Group companies.
• Manage the Environmental Management System (SGA) at Headquarters, including waste, water, noise, environmental compliance, training, awareness activities, and environmental assessments.
• Act as the main contact for environmental and energy certification bodies, coordinating multisite certifications and external audits.
• Coordinate and conduct internal environmental and energy audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and followed up.
• Consolidate and ensure the quality of environmental reporting from all plants, supporting KPI tracking, data governance, and reporting tools.
• Support the calculation and improvement of the company's carbon footprint and greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories.
• Prepare and support ESG reporting for management, the Board, and external stakeholders, including CDP, SAQ, EcoVadis, and the Annual Integrated Report.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Sustainable Business Strategy and sustainability roadmap.
• Provide environmental and sustainability guidance to different corporate departments.
• Identify and monitor sustainability-related risks, opportunities, and controls.
• Monitor ESG regulations and stakeholder requirements to ensure compliance and strong sustainability performance.
• Support sustainability training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sustainability Department.
• Represent the company in sustainability forums and external events.
• Participate in and develop additional sustainability-related projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional Training (FP) and/or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Desirable experience of 2 years in environmental management in industry
• Experience related to environmental sustainability
• International experience (preferably)
• Effective collaboration and cross‑functional teamwork. Clear and structured communication skills
• Sound decision‑making and prioritization abilities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proactivity and initiative in managing sustainability topics. Resolutive and goal‑oriented mindset
• Professional English level (minimum B2).
