Job summary

Essity seeks a Supply Planning Graduate to support daily and weekly production scheduling, balancing demand with capacity across short- and mid-term horizons.

You will benefit from structured onboarding, dedicated training, and coaching to develop into a future Production Planner within a collaborative, open team environment in Sant Joan Despí, Spain. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply and Market teams to ensure visibility and timely execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Early experience or interest in supply chain.
• Analytical skills and Excel proficiency; SAP beneficial.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and update daily and weekly production schedules. Ensure feasibility and align with manufacturing teams.
• Assist in developing weekly production plans for 3–16 weeks horizon, supporting capacity analysis and reviews.
• Support planning scenarios related to volume changes, stock adjustments, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply and Market teams to ensure visibility of production plans and communicate changes.
• Maintain accurate planning master data and contribute to tooling/process improvements.
