You will lead crisis tasks, quantify the impact of shortages, and drive mitigation strategies, with visibility and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain Planning, with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, procurement, inventory, and allocation.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making with excellent communication to align global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align global and regional stakeholders
• Proven capability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into clear business impact
• Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes
