Job&Talent España is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a Telecommunications client located in Las Tablas, Madrid. The role focuses on forecasting, demand planning, and ensuring timely production while managing warehouse flow and related exceptions.

The candidate will drive cross-functional coordination, optimize inventory, and control supply costs. 2+ years in supply chain, strong project management, and fluent Spanish and English are required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain domain
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong execution ability, driving force, and result-oriented
• Good cross-functional coordination and negotiation with customers
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Hard-working and able to work under high pressure
• Work experience in Supply Chain domain or Project Management
• Spanish & English language mandatory; knowledge of Chinese valued

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with the project team and customer to obtain future requirements and submit the demand forecast in the system
• Develop the project demand plan and ensure the product is produced on time; manage warehouse delivery and related exceptions
• Manage inventory and supply costs to support low-cost supply and optimal inventory
