Job España in Madrid is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for the Las Tablas area to align customer requirements with production and forecasts. You will collaborate with project teams and customers to translate needs into a demand plan, ensuring timely production and efficient inventory management.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain, strong project management, and proficient Excel/PowerPoint skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with knowledge of Chinese valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain domain.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong execution ability and results-oriented.
• Good cross-functional coordination with customers.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Hard-working and able to perform under pressure.
• Experience in Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Spanish and English language mandatory; knowledge of Chinese valued.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant for our Telecommunication sector client located in Las Tablas (Madrid)

Main Task

• Communicate with the project team and the customer to obtain the customers future requirements and submit the demand forecast in the system
• Communicate with the customer or project, understand the customers requirements, develop the project demand plan, and ensure that the product is produced on time. Use warehouses that are delivered in a reasonable manner and handle related exceptions
• Manage the inventory and supply cost as required to support low-cost supply and optimal inventory

Requirements

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degr
• 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain domai
• Strong project management, problem-solving skill
• Strong execution ability, driving force, and result-oriente
• Good cross-function coordination competence and negotiation skills with customer
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoin
• Hard-working and can be working well under high pressur
• Work experience in Supply Chain domain or Project Managemen
• Spanish & English Language would be mandatory. Knowledge of Chinese will be highly value
