Job summary

YABA is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join its Operations team in Barcelona, Spain. You will support purchasing, production, demand planning, and inventory management across our brands, coordinating closely with procurement, logistics, and production partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process standardization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar — or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience; this can be your first role or follow a prior internship
• Spanish fluency required and at least B2 English
• Advanced Excel; comfortable managing and analyzing data

Responsibilities

• Be part of the onboarding process for new brands
• Support demand planning, ordering and inventory management
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Resolve day-to-day issues (e.g. delivery delays, incidents)
• Support customs and import documentation
• Support compliance document management and lot-level traceability (COAs, supplier documentation)
• Collaborate with other departments to build coordinated plans for business growth
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and drive improvements
• Operate brands through our ERP system (NetSuite)

About the Position

From purchasing and production to demand planning and inventory management, your expertise will be key in driving our success.

How you will contribute

As part of the Operations team, you are the analytic and execution hands of YABA products and brands. You will be working hand-in-hand with YABA’s supply chain managers, demand planners, sourcing managers, third party logistics and freight forwarders providers. Ultimately, your objective is to give support to our brands and ensure that the supply chain works perfectly so that our products continue to impact the end consumer.
Our goal is to manage the supply chain of our brands, being responsible for the following areas: Purchasing, Production, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Transportation, Customs, and Warehouse Management.

As a member of this team you will

• Be part of the onboarding process for new brands
• Create and keep updated the Supply Chain department's SOPs and records
• Support demand planning, ordering and inventory management
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Resolve day-to-day issues (e.g. delivery delays, incidents)
• Support customs and import documentation
• Support compliance document management and lot-level traceability (COAs, supplier documentation)
• Collaborate with other departments to build coordinated plans for business growth
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and drive improvements
• Operate brands through our ERP system (NetSuite)

Who will thrive in this role

• Bachelor's or higher vocational degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar — or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience; this can be your first role or follow a prior internship
• Orientation toward internal stakeholders and external suppliers, with the ability to adapt to different working styles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Spanish fluency required and at least B2 English. Any additional language is a plus (minimum B2)
• Advanced Excel; comfortable managing and analyzing data

Nice to have

• Basic SQL
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
• Exposure to BigQuery / Looker or similar BI tools
