Job summary

T-Maxx International in Barcelona seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead audits, assess supplier capabilities, and drive quality improvements across the supply base.

You will conduct risk-based supplier evaluations, coordinate PPAP/PSW sign-off, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to ensure mass production meets specifications.

Collaborating with engineering and purchasing, you will monitor change management and sustain supplier performance through data-driven reviews.

Qualifications

• Conduct pre-qualification assessments and audits of new suppliers.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities during development and serial production.
• Carry out regular supplier process audits and evaluate supplier performance for continuous improvement.
• Manage QA across the material life cycle, from raw materials to mass production.
• Support and coach suppliers to upgrade their quality management systems.
• Define, track, and enforce supplier quality KPIs.
• Monitor supplier engineering change processes and initiate re-audits when required.
• Evaluate production capacity and authorize PPAP sign-off with PSW issuance.

Responsibilities
