PLD Space in Elche seeks a Structures Integration Engineer to define the integration processes for the rocket structure and supervise workshop execution to guarantee quality.

You will work with design and manufacturing teams, develop assembly procedures, solve issues on the shop floor, and contribute to a rapidly evolving production environment in aerospace. This role emphasizes hands-on collaboration and continuous improvement in a high-precision setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of assembly and integration experience in aerospace or similar industries.
• Experience with assembly planning, process definition, documentation and QA.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with CAD software (NX desired) and ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and optimize rocket assembly procedures and manuals.
• Assemble aerospace structures and perform mechanical operations with precision.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues during assembly.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to improve quality and ease of operations.
• Lead and mentor team members, maintaining a structured integration environment.
• Implement QA processes and ensure compliance with standards throughout production.
