Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid, seeks a professional to join the Test Preparation, Realization & Result Analysis area. You will prepare test loads, issue plans and results, and ensure specifications are met while coordinating instrumentation, manufacturing and inspections.

The role requires a bachelor degree in engineering, business administration or security management, plus fluent Spanish and English and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Prepare the test load program and actuator loads.
• Issue test documents (Test Plan & Test Results) and monitor test specs fulfillment.
• Define and issue documentation for manufacture and assembly of test hardware.
• Prepare and coordinate inspections and test instrumentation for in-flight measurements.
• Track and approve tooling manufacture and instrumented test specimens.
• Provide technical support and verify mechanical assembly; plan tests across the process.

Job Description:An opportunity for Test Preparation, Realization & Result Analysis (HAS arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join to the Test Preparation, Realization & Result Analysis areaRESPONSABILITIESStatic, fatigue, damage tolerance, stiffness, bird impact, calibration for in-flight load measurement & dynamic tests:- Prepare the test load program-actuator loads.- Issue the documents (Test Plan & Test Results)- Control the accomplishment of the test specifications and the fullilment of the specification, playing the role of conduction of the test in the execution phase.- Define, perform, control and issue the necessary documentation for the manufacture and mechanical assembly of the test, the analysis necessary to guaranty the integrity of all elements and tools that are designed.- Prepare and coordinate the inspections- Participate in the definition of the test instrumentation for in-flight load measurements, being the responsable for the obtaining of the expressions for determination of the loads- Perform the tracking, control and final approval of the manufacturing of all parts of the tools (technical aspects)- Perform the documentation of the test specimen instrumentation- Give the technical support and verify the mechanical assembly- Prepare the global planning of the tests throughout all the processSKILLSBachelor degree in business administration, security management or engineering.Advanced level of Spanish and English (verbal and written).Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong Problem-solving skills to assess security risks and provide recommendations.Strategic and analytical skills.Proactivity approach to identify potential security risks and challenges; A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive under pressure.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
