The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a PPA Strategy professional to drive growth with a major international investment platform in Spain. You will design and execute sales strategies for the Spanish market, manage key client relationships, and lead negotiations to secure PPAs and promote solar and energy storage solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or PPA negotiation, fluent English, and strong relationship skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Formación

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or PPA negotiation.
• Experience selling PPA solutions in the Spanish market preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish market knowledge a plus.

The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a PPA Strategy role to work with a major international investment platform.

This position will be key to identifying business opportunities, negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and promoting clean energy solutions, such as solar photovoltaics and battery storage.

The ideal candidate will have sales and negotiation experience and the ability to build strategic relationships that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the Spanish market.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and regional partners, ensuring successful contract implementation and continued collaboration.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain a competitive advantage and guide sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the management team on promotional campaigns and other sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in selling PPA solutions and in designing and implementing commercial strategies in the Spanish market.
• Technical knowledge of the built environment will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic solar technologies and energy storage.
• Relationship management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or PPA contract negotiation.
• Direct experience in PPA negotiation and management.
