The role requires 1–2 years in consulting, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. A flexible work model with hybrid arrangements is offered, along with ongoing professional development.

What will be your challenge?

The Life Sciences team collaborates with clients on analysis for decision-making and solution design across the business and access value chain to maximize product penetration and create greater business impact. This includes (but is not limited to) opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, business excellence, organizational transformation, and sustainability, all supported by market intelligence and data strategy.

In this role you will perform the following functions:

• Competitive analysis (benchmark)
• Search, analysis and synthesis of information
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Preparation of project deliverables, as well as documentation required for the development of projects
• Participation in project management
• Preparation of presentations to senior management
• Knowledge development

Requirements:

• Professional experience of between 1 and 2 years, preferably in business consulting or position with similar functions, including project management.
• General knowledge of the Life Sciences sector.
• University education and a high level of Spanish and English.
• Other languages are an asset.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact with high-level clients.
• Proactivity and concern for continuous improvement.
