About The Role

We are looking for a Strategy consultant to join the Group HR team, which reports into the Deputy CHRO. This is a high‑impact role for someone who is eager to contribute to some of the Group’s most strategic and transversal people initiatives, working at the intersection of HR, business, data, and innovation.

Within the Group HR team, you will work closely with high‑performing colleagues, including former strategy consultants, in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating environment that values rigor, curiosity, and impact.

The role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking, project management, and cross‑functional coordination, while being exposed to a wide range of senior stakeholders across Group and local teams. You will work on initiatives that shape how people processes evolve at scale, contributing to the design, structuring, and execution of key HR frameworks and transformation efforts.

This is a high‑visibility Group HR role with exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, offering the chance to work on strategic, high‑impact initiatives that shape how people processes evolve across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives at Group level, working closely with multiple HR and corporate teams.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision‑making, including structuring complex topics, assessing implications, and generating actionable insights.
  • Prepare high‑quality, executive‑ready materials (presentations, summaries, structured analyses) for senior leadership, steering groups, and cross‑functional forums.
  • Provide project management and coordination support, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between Group HR, country HR teams, and other corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Legal, ESG), ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and frameworks, with a strong focus on clarity, scalability, and alignment across teams.
  • Support AI‑related initiatives within HR, including identifying opportunities, supporting implementation efforts, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Support the Chief Human Resources, Communications, and ESG Officer and the Deputy CHRO on relevant activities, including preparation of analyses and materials for senior‑level discussions and governance forums.
  • Support ad‑hoc strategic analyses and initiatives as needed.
Candidate profile

This role will be a strong fit for someone with the following background and mindset:

Experience & Background
  • A top‑tier educational background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, business administration, economics, or related fields.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in complex, international, and multi‑stakeholder environments.
Core Skills
  • Excellent problem‑structuring, strategic problem‑solving, and analytical skills, along with very strong Excel capabilities.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills, particularly for creating and presenting slides in PowerPoint.
  • A strategic and global thinker with strong organizational, planning, and decision‑making skills, and a proven ability to get things done.
  • Solid project management capabilities, including planning, prioritisation, and follow‑through.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across teams and navigating ambiguity.
Mindset & behaviours
  • High levels of drive, ownership, and proactivity.
  • Curious, learning‑oriented, and motivated by impact.
  • Structured and detail‑oriented, while able to maintain a big‑picture perspective.
  • Genuine interest in AI and analytics (prior experience is a plus, not a requirement).
What We Offer
  • A high‑exposure Group role with a real opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to lasting change.
  • A strong mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge HR topics, including transformation and AI‑enabled initiatives.
  • An international, multicultural environment with top talent from world‑leading consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
