Job summary

Mantu in Barcelona seeks an ambitious Strategy Analyst to support strategic transformation and governance initiatives across the Group.

You will conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and help deploy Acc2030, translating complex data into actionable insights. Collaboration with brands and corporate functions is essential.

Fluency in English and French, plus strong communication, rigor and autonomy, are key to influencing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
• Experience in strategic analysis, consulting, or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with C-level stakeholders.
• Rigor, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses on market dynamics, industry trends and competitive positioning.
• Carry out benchmarks and ad hoc studies to inform strategy.
• Support deployment of Acc2030 transformation plan across the Group.
• Contribute to structuring and monitoring of transformation initiatives (AI in business, new models, growth).
• Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership (ExCom, board committees).
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with operational teams, brands and corporate functions across the Group.
• Act as a genuine business partner for key stakeholders at all levels.

As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s strategic transformation and governance initiatives.

Your Missions

• Conduct in-depth analyses on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning of the Group's brands (Amaris, LittleBig Connection, etc.)
• Carry out benchmarks and ad hoc studies to inform strategic decision-making
• Actively support the deployment of the Acc2030 transformation plan across the Group, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution
• Contribute to the structuring and monitoring of transformation initiatives (AI in business and governance, new business models, offer evolution, growth strategies)
• Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership bodies (ExCom, Board-level committees)
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
• Work closely with operational teams, brands, and Corporate functions across the Group as part of Acc2030 plan
• Act as a genuine business partner for key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Your Profile

• Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university
• Experience in strategic analysis, consulting, or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders
