Ebury Madrid is seeking an Institutional Client Solution & Strategy Strategist to help expand our Treasury-focused client solutions. This office-based role reports to the MD Institutional and interfaces with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Dealing teams.

You will identify treasury challenges for funds and other clients, shaping a product roadmap and delivering solutions that scale across markets. Join a fast-growing fintech with global opportunities.

Formación

• Experience with treasury products and market data platforms.
• Ability to translate treasury needs into product requirements.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving focus.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify treasury problems for private market clients and partners.
• Solve problems through tech, analytics, product and ops.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Operations.
• Spot high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, and regional growth.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
• Analyze market, competitors, pricing to inform roadmap.
• Develop deep understanding of treasury management workflows.
